Health One (Physical Wellness)
Required (Classes of 2005-2006)

The major objective of this co-educational course is to provide students with
the knowledge, skills, attitudes and understandings needed to prepare them to
become more informed, responsible adults regarding health-related issues. The
program of study will primarily center around: fitness, nutrition, body systems,
growth & development and sexuality. Students are encouraged to enroll in
Health 2 also.
Health Two (Mental/Emotional Wellness)

The major objeective of this co-educational course is to provide students with
the knowledge, skills, attitudes and understandings needed to prepare them to
become more informed, responsible adults regarding health-related issues. The
program of study will primarily center around: mental health, disease, drugs
and consumer/community issues. Students are encouraged to enroll in Health 1
prior to taking Health 2.
