Goals for 2010
– 2011
READING
The
percent of sixth through eighth grade full academic year students scoring above
the 40th NPR in reading comprehension on the Iowa Tests of Basic Skills will be
above 76% proficient in 2010-2011 which is above the 71.1% proficiency in
2009-2010 (AYP-building level-# proficient + # proficient by growth) in
accordance with the Iowa Accountability established trajectories in reading.
MATH
The
percent of eleventh grade FAY students scoring above the 40th NPR on the
Quantitative Thinking portion of the Iowa Test of Educational Development will
be above 81% proficient in 2010-2011 which is above 71.03% proficiency in
2009-2010.
SCIENCE
There
will be an increase in the percentage of third through fifth grade FAY students
scoring above the 40th NPR from 76.5% in 2009-2010 in science as measured by
the Iowa Tests of Basic Skills to 77.5% proficient in 2010-2011.
