Facility use fees include initial opening and closing of building and minimal set up.  If additional staff personnel services are required, they will be billed on per hour basis.

If a facility is used less than 4 hours but multiple days, the Ò4 hour or less rateÓ will be charged for each day used.  If the facility is used Òmore than 4 hoursÓ but multiple days, the daily rate will be charged for each day used.

 

The Board reserves the right to vary from this schedule depending upon the nature of the use, the time involved and other relative factors.  Fees charged may be more than those on the schedule if custodial services, utilities, materials and services used, and any other costs to the school are greater than the fee schedule.

 

All areas not specifically designated shall be assigned fees consistent with the above schedule as                         determined by the designated personnel in the SuperintendentÕs Office.

                                    SCHOOL PERSONNEL SERVICE FEES

 

The Superintendent or his/her designee reserves the right to determine whether or not supervision and/or additional school personnel services will be required.

 

Groups/individuals using Atlantic Community School facilities are responsible for staff charges resulting from their use.  A one (1) hour minimum charge will be assessed for any of the following required staff:

 

Custodial                      May include additional time opening or closing                                                $ 20.00 / hour

a building,  set-up, clean-up, or being present during

a time when otherwise not staffed and/or hours called

                                    to the building beyond normal work hours.

 

Food Service                When the use of kitchen equipment for food preparation                                $ 15.00 / hour

requires necessary sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and

tableware following facility usage, will normally require

the staffing of a District lunchroom employee. 

 

Building Designated:     Placed by Atlantic Community School District to                                            As Determined

    Supervisor                protect and oversee the facility and represent the

                                    school district.

 

Light/Sound System/     When required for the operation of Atlantic Community                                 As Determined

Media Operators:         School DistrictÕs sound system, theatre light system,
