If
a facility is used less than 4 hours but multiple days, the Ò4 hour or less
rateÓ will be charged for each day used.
If the facility is used Òmore than 4 hoursÓ but multiple days, the daily
rate will be charged for each day used.
The Board reserves the right to vary from this schedule depending upon the nature of the use, the time involved and other relative factors. Fees charged may be more than those on the schedule if custodial services, utilities, materials and services used, and any other costs to the school are greater than the fee schedule.
All areas not specifically designated shall be assigned fees consistent with the above schedule as determined by the designated personnel in the SuperintendentÕs Office.

SCHOOL PERSONNEL SERVICE FEES
The Superintendent or his/her designee reserves the
right to determine whether or not supervision and/or additional school
personnel services will be required.
Groups/individuals using Atlantic Community School facilities are responsible for staff charges resulting from their use. A one (1) hour minimum charge will be assessed for any of the following required staff:
